Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled successfully, you will receive a full refund. Please note: We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped out.

Return Policy

You have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Packaged in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Customers will be charged at most once for shipping costs (including return shipping). No restocking fee will be applied for returned products.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card payment method within a specified number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, please contact our customer service directly with your order number. Our team will verify the status promptly and assist you in resolving the issue.
